Terms of use

These terms govern your use of MapGTM at mapgtm.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using MapGTM on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials secure. New accounts are reviewed and approved by an administrator before first sign-in; we may decline or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not use MapGTM to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts; probe or degrade the service (including circumventing rate limits); or resell the service without our written agreement.

You own the content you create in MapGTM. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the service, including sending content you submit to AI features to our AI provider to produce your result. If you publish a share link, anyone with the link can view that content until you revoke it.

AI-generated maps, scores, and suggestions are produced by a machine and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review AI output before relying on it. It is not professional advice.

MapGTM is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where liability cannot be excluded it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or the cost of resupply.

You may stop using MapGTM and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your content beforehand.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
